The Surface and profile grinders are of three types i.e. NH, BW and CF series. The specialty of these three types of grinders in general is that they’ve special features like electromechanical cross feed, hydraulic table drive, power elevation and manual in-feed and high performance.
These grinders are used in primary & secondary industries of automotives, ferrites, ball bearings, titanium, automobile ancillary, and plastics, ceramics, etc.
The characteristic of NH series is it has electromechanical cross feed, hydraulic table drive, power elevation and manual in-feed and there is option of 1 or 2 axis CNC Control.
The characteristic of BW series is has electromechanical cross feed, power elevation can be done, gives high performance for large work pieces, manual in feed. This too like the NH series has option of 1 or 2 axis CNC Control.
The trait of CF Series is it has Table, Cross and Vertical axes with CNC control and Wheel dresser with single point or profile roller.
